    How to Share Your Feedback

    You’re encouraged to connect with a Rocky Road Center team member either in person, over the phone, or by requesting a meeting with our management. You can also send us your feedback via email or traditional mail to the contact details listed on our website.

    • Positive feedback will be celebrated! We’ll make sure to share your kind words with the team member(s) involved and express our appreciation.

    • Constructive feedback is taken seriously. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll carefully review the situation and take steps to adjust our practices, policies, or training to make things better.

    How to Submit a Complaint

    To lodge a written complaint:

    1. Download and complete the complaint form (linked below).

    2. Send it by email, post, or drop it off in person to your local Rocky Road Center. Addresses and emails are listed online.


    What Happens Next?

    • Your complaint will be reviewed within 2 business days.

    • If contact information is provided, a team member will reach out to you within that time.

    • A full investigation will be completed within 7 business days.

    • We will share with you how we plan to resolve the issue and prevent it from happening again.

    • A follow-up will be made 14 days later to check if our actions have made a positive difference.
